I am a veterans service officer who is looking for information on a accident that was suppose to happen in 1982 , where-by a steam pipe burst and killed five sailors. I am working with a vet who says he was there and was one of the survivers of this accident. He is now a homeless veteran and has PTSD due to this accident. His name is Tim Gallup. Does anyone know of this vet or of the accident. Thanks.
